These two discrete sessions will provide more time and instruction to yogic breath and meditation practices. You are welcome to come explore these subtle limbs of yoga from a chair, a mat or cushion. We'll go over pranayama (breath work) techniques as well as a few concentration practices designed to facilitate a meditative state.
