HELLO!
I trust you're here because you're interested in moving more. Or you're worried about maintaining balance with aging. Or hoping to control your stress level, which feels high….
…Regardless of how you got here, here are the headlines of what I offer:
My strength is in teaching aging students, who are looking to keep balance and range of motion a priority, as well as strength, a bit of play, and a flexible mind.
I have a long history of dance and movement training that informs my teaching and a special love for the movers and shakers of midlife and beyond.
